Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great location, efficient amenities, comfy beds.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The staff were extremely accommodating, serving us late at night when arriving from the airport and early in the morning when returning to the airport. Excellent breakfast spread.

There is no wine and spirits licence, although we were told it is pending. The food was slow in arriving in the restaurant, but this seems to be the case all over the Ukraine as food is served to order.

The hotel is located near the town center and has easy access to local shops and restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean, with modern and comfortable furniture that made us feel cozy. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a variety of choices, including fresh fruit and tasty pastries.

One of the downsides we experienced was the hotel staff seemed unenthusiastic and disinterested in assisting us. They didn't provide any recommendations on local restaurants or tourist attractions.

Located in a central area, just off the main street, this hotel has spacious, well-furnished rooms with useful amenities such as complementary coffee and tea facilities. the polite and helpful staff speak fluent English and French, which is great for foreign guests. the freshly prepared breakfast offers a variety of options. the hotel's décor features beautiful handmade oil paintings, which adds a lovely touch to the indoor spaces.

It seems that the hotel's surroundings and certain aspects of the room, such as small safe deposit boxes and limited English-language TV channels, could be improved.

Good location in quiet quarter, at walking distance from the central street and main city atractions. Hotel has everything necessary for business travelers. Hotel design is rather unpretentious but enough to feel comforttably. Staff is friendly and welltrained.

Restaurant (in fact cafe) is OK to be visited one time. But if you stay longer than 1 or 2 days it is better to have dinner somewhere in the city.

It was the best hotel in Ukraine I have ever steyed in - clean, comfortable with very large rooms and friendly staff.

I don't know if this is a regular problem in Dnepropetrovsk, but hot water was available since 8 P.M. In addition several electrical outlets were not working. And there was not very pleasant view from the windows.

We loved the spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and efficient WiFi. The hotel's excellent location near the city center and various restaurants and bars was also a big plus. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made our stay even better.

Only one window is too small for this room size; The breakfast is fair, but no too generous.

This was a really nice hotel, great staff, a great air conditioned room and a fantastic breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here and it I can say that it was by far, the best hotel that I stayed in whilst following the England football team in Euro 2012. Its location was conveniently between Kiev and Donetsky and the town and the hotel provided us with a nice distraction from the poor England football performance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others (the staff had a good grasp of English as well which really helped).

We were pleasantly surprised by how close it was to all the restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious and provided enhanced comfort, with comfy beds and good WiFi. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that everything worked super efficiently. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered a range of amenities like a dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area. our experience here was top-notch!

Good clean modern hotel near city centre.

I thought the staff were very kind, Hotel clean with very good size room and good quiet location.

I think it would be nice for guests to order fresh eggs how they like it at breakfast time, the buffet was good but if you came down later the eggs were solid!!
